Riverside Park

Riverside Sunderland will be a great place to live – for people of all ages, for families, key workers and young people. The development of 1,000 new homes in Riverside Sunderland will double the population of the city centre and create a vibrant new community. This will be a special place.

We will redefine city centre living with a choice of stunning houses and apartments to rent or buy. We will create four new neighbourhoods overlooking the river. They will enjoy spectacular views and access to local services, community gardens and green spaces – all just a short walk from city centre jobs, shops, entertainment and transport.

We have developed a set of unique house designs inspired by local traditions, including modern versions of the much-loved Sunderland cottage. Made in Sunderland, these homes will offer the best in contemporary living: factory-built to the highest standards, energy efficient, technology-enabled, and super-connected to the city’s emerging 5G network. A good place to live and good for the future of the planet.
